BERLIN, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- Formula One driver Nico Hulkenburg will leave Force India to drive for Sauber next season, the local Auto, Motor und Sport magazine reported here on Monday.
According to the report, the 25-year-old German has already signed a contract with the Swiss team replacing McLaren-bound Sergio Perez.
His agent Timo Gans, however, declined to confirm it.
"I can neither confirm or deny the news," he said. "The drivers contracts are normally announced by the teams themselves, so therefore I don't want to pre-empt any such announcement."
Hulkenburg, who started his F1 career with Williams in 2010, is now the 12th in the drivers standings on 45 points after he finished sixth at the South Korean Grand Prix on Sunday.
