BEIJING, Aug. 25 (Xinhuanet) -- When you get off your plane, you take a high-speed train, intercity train or a bus to get to your destination.
This will be realized in the near future in northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, as the region is launching a construction program of international airport transport hub.
According to the scheme, Ningxia will accelerate construction of its Yinchuan Hedong Airport into a regional aviation hub facing the Arab States, and build an effective and seamless transportation hub that integrates air with high-speed rail, intercity rail and buses.
It added that the Hedong Airport Phase III expansion, airport ring road network upgrading and construction of aviation hub economic zone will provide leverage for Ningxia's international integrated transport program.
