Photo taken on April 10 shows that commercial buidings along Qinshui street in Yuehaiwan Central Business District in Yinchuan, capital of northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Yuehaiwan Central Business District aims to have an investment of 3.5 billion yuan (around 564 million U.S. Dollars) and implementation of 28 projects this year.
