BEIJING, Sept. 14 (Xinhuanet) – The topic of how to accomplish win-win cooperation in cultural and tourism industries drew much attention at the 2012 International Muslim Entrepreneurs’ Summit in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, on September 11. Many renowned Muslim entrepreneurs from 60 countries and regions attended the meeting.
It is obvious that the bilateral trade between China and Arab states has achieved remarkable increase, said Abdullah Ahmed Al Saleh, Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade of the UAE. He also pointed out that cultural industry plays an important role in economic development and further cooperation in the sector deserves attention.
Guan Zhaoyi, board chairman and general manager of Qujiang Film and TV Investment Group, came into contact with Arabian entrepreneurs and expected to seek opportunities for cooperation through the summit. He said that the corporation has set about making film and TV productions targeted at Arabic countries to tap into new markets in the Middle East.
