BEIJING, Sept. 4 (Xinhuanet) – Shizuishan City ranks first in development environment among the five prefecture-level cities in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, according to an assessment report conducted by Ningxia Statistic Bureau this year. Pengyang County ranks first among 22 counties in the region.
The statistics bureau assessed the cities and counties in six aspects: government administration, culture, legal system, finance, market and human resources.
The survey sample totaled 10,329 interviewees, including 7,000 through computer-assisted telephone interviews and 3329 through door-to-door surveys throughout the whole region.
