ALMATY, March 15 (Xinhua) -- Kazakhstan is ready to help receive the astronauts returning from the International Space Station (ISS), the emergency department of the country's Karaganda city said.
A special team with doctors and rescuers has been set up for the landing, said the department on Thursday.
The return from the ISS by the spaceship "TMA-06M Union" has been postponed from Friday to Saturday because of bad weather at the landing site.
The spaceship carrying Russian astronaut Oleg Novitsky and Evgeny Tarelkin as well as their American colleague Kevin Ford will land on Kazakhstan's steppes.
