Thai navy soldiers pile up packaged rice donated by the public for the flooded southern provinces at a donation center set inside a naval base in Bangkok, Thailand, Jan. 10, 2017. The Thai government and military have set up donation centers which accept either cash or disaster relief materials from citizens in response to the severe flooding in the country's southern region.
