UAE-DUBAI-ARAB READING CHALLENGE

Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum (3rd, R) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), hands over the award to a 7-year-old Algerian school boy during a ceremony in the Dubai Opera, Oct. 24, 2016. The boy won the Arab Reading Challenge and received 150,000 U.S. dollars, according to the official Dubai Media Office.
