Afghan blacksmiths work at a workshop in Mazar-e-Sharif, capital of northern Balkh province, Afghanistan, on Sept. 4, 2016. Some 16 million people in the country are eligible to work and out of them only 3 million have permanent jobs while the remaining 13 million others have random or part-time jobs with no regular income, according to labor union officials.
