TIANMEN, July 25, 2016 (Xinhua) -- A man paddles on a small boat in Huangtan Township in Tianmen, central China's Hubei Province, July 25, 2016. More than 680,000 people in Tianmen have been affected due to the flood of Hanbei River, a subsidiary of Hanjiang River, since July 18. (Xinhua/Xiong Qi)
