HANGZHOU, July 19, 2016 (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on May 3, 2016 shows a newly-built commercial building in Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang Province in the first half of 2016 gained 2,076.2 billion yuan (310 billion U.S. dollars) of GDP, an increase of 7.7 percent year on year.
