ISTANBUL, July 13, 2016 (Xinhua) -- A security personnel stands guard outside the French Consulate General in Istanbul, Turkey, on July 13, 2016. The Embassy of France in Ankara and the Consulate General in Istanbul will be closed from July 13 at 1 p.m. local time until further notice, the embassy stated on its website on Wednesday.
