MEXICO CITY, July 12, 2016 (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on July 3, 2016 shows Rafael Reyes inspecting the adaptation applied to a toy for a person with disability in Mexico City, capital ofMexico. Native of the Colombian city of Bucaramanga, Rafael, 34, was born without arms or legs. His condition was medically diagnosed as "Amelia", which is a congenital malformation characterized by the lack of one or more limbs. Having been living in Mexico City since 2 years old, he is now a bio-medical engineer and a public speaker, who is also studying audio engineering and musical production. He uses a skateboard as a means of transportation. He works as an engineer of technological assistance, and his work consists of designing, adapting and spreading low-cost technology to people with disabilities. He is also a driver for Uber Mexico, and is working on a project to integrate people with disabilities into public transportation.(Xinhua/Carlos Ramirez)
