WUHAN, July 6, 2016 (Xinhua) -- A villager calls up his relatives on the way to safe place in flood-hit Xiaosi Township of Wuhan City, capital of central China's Hubei Province, July 6, 2016. Torrential rains of up to 382.2 millimeter lingered from June 30 to July 5 here, endangering embankments. Local government has organized vehicles to transfer 16,000 residents. (Xinhua/Xiao Yijiu)
