NANPING, June 18, 2016 (Xinhua) -- The bottom of residential buildings are submerged by flood water in Shunchang County of Nanping City, southeast China's Fujian Province, June 18, 2016. Torrential railfall has pushed water level of a branch of the Minjiang River to surpass its warning line, flooding residential quarters and interrupting traffic in Shunchang County.
