LUOCHENG, June 15, 2016 (Xinhua) -- A car runs on the waterlogged Jiefang Road in the county seat of Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, June 15, 2016. A rainstorm hit Luocheng on Wednesday, causing waterlogging in some areas of its county seat. (Xinhua/Wu Yaorong)
