Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) chief negotiator Luciano Marin Arango announces a statement upon his arrival to the Convention Palace before the start of the 42nd round of peace talks with Colombian government, in Havana, capital of Cuba, Oct. 2, 2015. The Colombian government and the rebel FARC has agreed upon a deadline for signing the agreement that will bring an end to the-half-century-old armed conflict, according to Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos.
