ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines, Oct. 1 (Xinhua) -- At least 19 passengers were injured when an improvised bomb concealed as baggage exploded Thursday inside a bus along the highway in the township of Polomolok, South Cotabato, according to local police.
Police investigators said the unit of the Yellow Bus Company bearing the body number 2008 and plate number MWB 296 was traveling towards General Santos City when the bomb exploded at about 2 p.m. local time along the secluded stretch of national highway of Polomolok town. Full story
