
Volunteers place coins during a Guinness World Record attempt for the largest coin mosaic in Quezon City, the Philippines, Sept. 30, 2015. A total of some 500 thousand coins amounting to 3.5 million Philippine pesos (about 75,000 U.S. dollars) were used for the mosaic which measures 252.78 square meters, beating the previous record of 156 square-meter from the U.S. last April, according to the Guinness World Record.
