TRIPOLI, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- Libyan coast guards on Tuesday rescued 350 migrants off the northwestern Garbulli coast, according to the official LANA agency.
Coast guards found a boat some 60 km east the capital Tripoli coast near Garabulli which was carrying the migrants, said a Libyan navy spokesman, who called on competent authorities in Libya to "receive the migrants and do the necessary legal procedures to either house them or deport them."
