MAZAR-E-SHARIF, Afghanistan, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- Three police were killed and four others injured as a roadside bomb struck the vehicle of district police chief in Dawlatabad district of northern Balkh province on Tuesday, a senior police officer Abdul Razaq Qadiri said.
