Director General of International Theatre Institute (ITI) Tobias Biancone addresses the 4th Global Alliance of Theatre Schools (GATS) International Theatre Festival in Beijing, capital of China, Sept. 19, 2015. The 4th GATS International Theatre Festival was unveiled here Saturday. Students of theatre schools from China, Bulgaria, Germany etc. will chase for four awards during the 9-day-long event. The Global Alliance of Theatre Schools was created at the initiative of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
