
Photo taken on May 21, 2011 shows a craftsman cutting thrum on a carpet in Gyangze of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. Since 2005, China has allocated about 130 million yuan (about 20 million dollars) into the protection of intangible cultural heritages in Tibet, rescuing and collecting about 800 local intangible cultural heritages and opened 30 inheriting bases for them.
