Police officers inspect the damage caused by a bomb at the facade of Lula Institute in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on July 31, 2015. Lula Institute, a non-governmental organization founded by former Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, issued a statement on Friday to inform that the institute headquarters in Sao Paulo, was attacked on Thursday night by an explosive device.
