A woman wades through a flooded street in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province, northeastern Vietnam, July 28, 2015. As of Tuesday morning, heavy rain in northern Vietnam's Quang Ninh province, some 120 km east of capital Hanoi, has left six people dead and six others missing, according to the provincial steering committee of flood and storm control, search and rescue. According to Quang Ninh's hydro-meteorological station, this is the heaviest rain occurring in the province in the past 40 years, which is entering the fourth day with precipitation exceeding 500 mm.
