Experiments to be carried out by the SJ-10, a retrievable scientific research satellite, were tested in the laboratory. Chinese scientists are planning to launch the SJ-10 satellite in the first half of 2016, researchers with the project announced on Thursday. The satellite will carry out research in "microgravity and space life science" to provide scientific support to manned space missions and space scientists on Earth, said project chief Hu Wenrui.
