BEIJING, June 2 (Xinhuanet) -- The ''Tun Abdul Razak Challenge Trophy'' Malaysia-China golf competition, named after the second Malaysian prime minister, was held in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.
This competition was jointly organized by PERDASAMA and China Enterprises Association in Malaysia, with Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak representing the Malaysia side.
After fierce but friendly competition, Malaysia won the championship.
The competition was held to enhance friendship between the two peoples on May 31, the date when China-Malaysia diplomatic ties was established 41 years ago, Li Zhongping, acting chairman of China Enterprises Association in Malaysia, noted.
Wu Zhengping, Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy attended this activity.
The ''Tun Abdul Razak Challenge Trophy'', inaugurated in 2014, is held on May 31 annually, marking anniversaries of the China-Malaysia diplomatic relations.
