BEIJING, Jan. 28 (Xinhua) -- China's weather observatory on Wednesday issued a yellow alert for heavy snow that is expected to hit the country's eastern regions.
The National Meteorological Center (NMC) forecast that heavy snow will hit parts of Shaanxi, Henan, Hubei, Anhui and Jiangsu provinces from Wednesday morning to Thursday morning. Full story
