MEXICO CITY, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- Visiting top Chinese legislator Zhang Dejiang vowed on Wednesday to build a stronger all-around partnership with Mexico during a meeting with Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto.

Zhang, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, China's top legislature, first conveyed Chinese President Xi Jinping's regards to Pena, who visited China earlier this month.Full Story
