Estonian lay flowers and candles at the monument site outside the old town of Tallinn on Sept. 28, 2014, to commemotate the 20th aniversary of the sank Ferry Estonia. The ferry Estonia sank in the Baltic Sea near Stockholm, on early Sept. 28, 1994, when it was enroute from Tallinn, Estonia to Stockholm, carrying 852 people, which has been seen as "the Baltic Titanic" tragedy.
