Feature: YOG young reporters are here!
Days are always exciting for young reporters in Nanjing Youth Olympic Games. The young reporter program is funded and run by International Olympic Committee (IOC) with the aim of educating and influencing young people in sport and the Olympic values.
Wang Yang, one of ten young reporter representatives from host country China, told Xinhuanet reporters that all of the 35 young reporters from five continents and 24 countries took training classes in written, photography, as well as new media reporting of multi-sport events before the official opening of Nanjing YOG on August 16, 2014.
As a young reporter representative of the city of Rio which will be hosting the 2016 Olympic Summer Games, the 22-year-old Francisco Gonzaga feels amazing to take and edit photos with his tutor and group members.Full Story
