U.S.-WASHINGTON-OBAMA-MINIMUM WAGE-ORDER

U.S. President Barack Obama speaks before signing an executive order to raise the minimum wage for federal contract workers in the East Room of the White House in Washington D.C., the United States, Feb. 12, 2014. The move, first announced during the State of the Union address, will raise the minimum wage for federal contractors to 10.10 dollars per hour from the current rate of 7.25 dollars.
