CAIRO, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- At least one was killed and more than fifty were injured across Egypt on Tuesday as protesters marked the second anniversary of deadly clashes that took place in 2011 on Mohamed Mahmoud Street near the iconic Tahrir square, head of Ambulance Authority told Xinhua.
