Russia recovers Urals air crash victims' remains
MOSCOW, May 5 (Xinhua) -- Authorities have recovered more than 10 bodies of the victims in an air crash that occurred in the Russian Urals last June, local police said on Sunday.
"A cross-country vehicle will transport the remains to Yekaterinburg for forensic examination. The wreckage will remain here under police personnel's supervision," Valery Gorelykh, a spokesman for the Sverdlovsk regional police department, told the Interfax news agency.Full story
Moscow air crash survivors in stable condition
MOSCOW, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) -- The three survivors in a Moscow air crash are in stable condition, an official from the Russian Health Ministry said Friday.
One survivor -- a 26-year-old stewardess -- has been moved to a general ward from intensive care while the other two also saw their condition improved even though they remain in intensive care, the unnamed official told the Itar-Tass news agency.Full story
