CHINA-GUANGXI-GUIGANG-TYPHOON HAIYAN (CN)

Rescuers search a flooded road by boat at Sanli Township in Guigang City, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Nov. 12, 2013. Seven people were killed and another four were missing as of 10 a.m. Tuesday as Typhoon Haiyan continued its progress through south China, according to official figures. A total of 3,133,000 people in China's southern provinces of Hainan and Guangdong and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were affected by the typhoon, according to China's National Disaster Reduction Commission on Tuesday.
