LUXEMBOURG, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- It has been a pleasant weekend for tiny wealthy Luxembourg, with plenty of sunshine and romance as a religious ceremony brought the royal wedding to a climax.
Thousands of locals and tourists were packed like sardines on Satruday outside the Cathedral of Our Lady in the capital's city center for a glimpse of Crown Prince Guillaume and his smiling bride Stephanie, a Belgian Countess.
Dozens of royal guests from other monarchies also came all the way to watch the hereditary Grand Duke of Luxembourgor, the last single heir to a throne in Europe, to tie the knot. Full story
