PHNOM PENH, Oct. 19 (Xinhua) -- Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, Laos Prime Minister Thongsing Thammavong, and Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra on Friday afternoon subsequently paid their last tributes to Cambodia's late former King Norodom Sihanouk at the Royal Palace here.
