FLUSHING MEADOWNS, New York, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- After a rain delay of more than an hour, the third-seeded Olympic gold medalist Andy Murray of Britain beat No. 6 seed Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic to reach his second U.S. Open final in a windy condition.
Berdych committed 64 unforced errors, more than three times of that he made in the quarterfinal against top seed Roger Federer, in the wind of 37 kmp conditions that blew service tosses, hats, debris and even furniture haphazardly around the court. Full story
