BEIJING, June 18 (Xinhua) -- The first manned space rendezvous and docking mission of China succeeded Monday afternoon as the Shenzhou-9 spaceship and Tiangong-1 space lab module joined together, according to the Beijing Aerospace Control Center. Full story

China's astronauts to enter Tiangong-1 at 5:22 pm

BEIJING, June 18 (Xinhua) -- China's astronauts will enter the orbiting Tiangong-1 lab module at 5:22 p.m. Monday, after the automatic docking of Shenzhou-9 spacecraft and the module at around 2 p.m., announced the manned space program spokesperson.

After four orbiting changes since its launch on Saturday, the spacecraft is orbiting normally and approaching Tiangong-1, said the spokesperson. Full story
