Wang Huan is an associate researcher in the Institute of American Studies at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He received his Ph.D. degree in politics from New York University in May 2005. His major research interests include American politics, group politics and social order, and endogenous institutions. His first book Government Reform in Each American State: from 1980 to 2008, was published in 2010.
