FRANKFURT, Jan. 22 (Xinhua) -- The European Central Bank decided to keep the interest rate on the main refinancing operations and the interest rates on the marginal lending facility and the deposit facility unchanged at 0.05 percent, 0.30 percent and -0.20 percent respectively.
Further monetary policy measures will be communicated by the President of the ECB at a press conference starting at 2:30 p.m. CET (1330 GMT) Thursday.
