Costa Rican president to visit China

BEIJING, Dec. 31 (Xinhua) -- Costa Rican President Luis Guillermo Solis will pay a state visit to China from Jan. 4 to 10 at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping.

The visit was announced by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying on Wednesday.
