BEIJING, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) -- As Chinese President Xi Jinping's special representative, Vice President Li Yuanchao will attend Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff's second-term inauguration ceremony in Brazil from January 1 to 2.

Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying made the announcement on Monday.

Rousseff was re-elected in October for another four-year term.
