HONG KONG, July 24 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong's chief executive CY Leung expressed his sadness on behalf of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government and Hong Kong people over the Taiwan air crash, the government said here Thursday on its news website.
A TransAsia Airways flight crashed in Penghu Wednesday, causing heavy casualties. Leung extended his condolences to the victims' families.
