BEIJING, July 23 (Xinhua) -- At least 51 people were killed and seven injured when a passanger plane with Taiwan's TransAsia Airways made an emergency landing on the outlying island county of Penghu on Wednesday, local media reported.
The plane was carrying 54 passengers and four crew, according to local fire department.
