SHANGHAI, May 21 (Xinhua) -- The fourth summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) began in Shanghai on Wednesday morning.
Chinese President Xi Jinping presided over the meeting and will deliver a key-note speech.
