Chinese premier outlines four principles for deepening China-Africa cooperation

ADDIS ABABA, May 5 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Monday laid out four principles for further deepening China-Africa cooperation, namely treating each other sincerely and equally, consolidating solidarity and mutual trust, jointly pursuing inclusive development and promoting innovation in bilateral practical cooperation.

Li is delivering a speech at the headquarters of the African Union to expound China's Africa policy.
