ADDIS ABABA, May 4 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang arrived here Sunday for an official visit to Ethiopia aimed at further boosting bilateral relations and cooperation.
During his stay in the Ethiopian capital, Li is also to visit the headquarters of the African Union and deliver a speech there to expound his country's Africa policy and reaffirm Beijing's commitment to deepening the new type of China-Africa strategic partnership.

ADDIS ABABA, May 4 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Sunday embarked upon an official visit expected to further deepen his country's relations with Ethiopia in particular and Africa in general.
During his visit to Ethiopia, Li is expected to hold talks with Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn, meet President Mulatu Teshome, and hold a seminar with Chinese and African businessmen. Full story
Chinese premier's Africa tour set to promote China-Africa relations
BEIJING, April 30 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang will pay official visits to Ethiopia, Nigeria, Angola and Kenya on May 4-11 in a significant bid to further foster the time-tested China-Africa relations.
During his stay in Ethiopia, Li will also visit the headquarters of the African Union (AU) in the Ethiopian capital city of Addis Ababa on May 5. While visiting Nigeria, the premier will attend the 2014 World Economic Forum on Africa to be held in Abuja, capital of Nigeria. Full story
