Xi extends condolences to Nigerian president over bus station bombing

BEIJING, April 16 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping extended a message of condolence to his Nigerian counterpart Goodluck Jonathan on Wednesday over a deadly bomb attack in the country's capital.

At least 71 people were killed and 124 others injured in the explosion, which rocked a bus station in the Abuja suburb of Nyanya on Monday.
