HANGZHOU, April 4 (Xinhua) -- Five people have been rescued from the rubble of a residential building that collapsed in Fenghua City of east China's Zhejiang Province on Friday morning, but more are believed to still be trapped under the debris.
The five-storey building of 15 apartments in Jujing Community collapsed at around 9 a.m., sources with the Fenghua government said.
The five rescued people have been sent to hospital as of 1 p.m., according to the sources.
An operation is under way to rescue those the sources said may still be trapped.
